What is toke?
The naked guy here is Dionysus, god of revelry, ecstasy, festivities and the arts. He’s also a bit of a North Star for us at Toke. We believe that society is at its best when we celebrate together. From the Ancient Greek extravaganzas in Dionysus’ name, to the sunset porch hangs with your best pals tonight. The shared experiences are the ones that last, and often they’re with a drink in hand.
Toke is that drink. For the sober, the sober curious, or just plain curious, it’s a lightly uplifting bubbly ripper that belongs in every cheers.

The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly known as the “farm bill”, made legal distinction between hemp and marijuana. This made hemp (and the THC in it) federally legal, and thus not subject to the same regulation as products made with marijuana. That’s why you see Toke at all sorts of stores!
Every batch of Toke also comes with a Certificate of Analysis so you have full transparency of what’s in your hands when you drink it.
